Kabelvåg omsorgsbolig tilbyr pleie- og omsorgstjenester til innbyggere som er i behov av døgnkontinuerlig pleie- og omsorgstjenester. Ved omsorgsboligen er det 25 leiligheter som er fordelt på to etasjer.
Hovedmålet er at hver enkelt beboer skal bli møtt med faglig kompetanse, omsorg og respekt i et inkluderende og trivelig bomiljø hvor personsentrert omsorg står sentralt.
Arbeidsoppgaver
Utføre pleie, omsorg og oppfølging av grunnleggende behov hos våre beboere.
Bidra faglig gjennom tverrfaglig praksis og kunnskapsdeling.
Delta i arbeid med pasientsikkerhet, systematisk kvalitetsarbeid og kontinuerlig forbedring av virksomheten.
Ønskelig med videreutdanning innen alderspsykiatri, demens og geriatri.
Gode norskkunnskaper, både skriftlig og muntlig.
Gode datakunnskaper.
Kunne arbeide personsentrert.
Personlige egenskaper
Evne til målrettet, systematisk og metodisk arbeid.
Evne til å arbeide selvstendig, og i samhandling med andre.
