Fortica builds and finishes data centres across Norway and the Nordics. As Site Supervisor you lead the daily work on site and make sure it is done safely, on time and to the right quality.
Supervise and coordinate daily work on site: our own crews and subcontractors
Make sure the work follows the drawings, the plan and the quality requirements
Do site inspections and find quality, safety or schedule problems early
Follow the safety rules together with the Site Manager and HSE Advisor
Keep site records and progress reports up to date
Take part in coordination meetings with the client and other contractors
Our scope on site: ceilings, sandwich panels (insulated wall and roof panels), flashing, penetration sealing, finishing works and site services.
2+ years' experience as a supervisor or foreman in construction
Experience from data centres, industrial or commercial buildings is a plus
You can read construction drawings and follow specifications
You know safety and quality on a construction site
Good English, spoken and written
Driving licence class B
Flexible and mobile: willing to travel and work on projects in Norway and abroad
You are hands-on and organised. You give clear instructions, follow up your team and speak up when something is not right. Safety and quality always come first for you.
3:1 rotation (3 weeks on, 1 week off) with flights, accommodation and meals covered
4 % pension and health insurance
We help you get your HMS card (the Norwegian ID card for everyone working on a construction site) if you do not have one
